Yes. We use 925 sterling silver — the same silver used in luxury jewelry worldwide. No base metals, no plating — just real, premium silver.

We use the same artisans, tools, and techniques trusted in diamond jewelry. From stone setting to polish, the care and precision we put in rivals high-end brands — without the high-end markup.

All Aura pieces are proudly  designed in-house and crafted in Pakistan by skilled artisans who also work with fine diamond jewelry.

Yes, most of our designs are handmade. That means every piece is unique and may have slight natural variations — part of its charm.

Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?

Sterling silver may tarnish over time, but it’s easily reversible. We provide a free care guide with each order to help you keep your piece shining for years.

Yes. All our jewelry is nickel-free and suitable for most people with sensitive skin.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Some made-to-order pieces may take longer — the timeline will be mentioned on the product page.

Yes. We offer express delivery for PKR 700, payable in advance. Message us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Currently, we only deliver across Pakistan — but international shipping is on our roadmap.

If you made a mistake, reply to your order confirmation or message us within 24 hours. After that, we may not be able to update it or offer a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.

Yes. All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We cut our profit margins, not the quality. By using premium materials and eliminating middlemen, we make luxury jewelry accessible — without inflated pricing.

What’s your return policy?

We offer 7-day returns if the item is defective or not as described.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging. A small processing fee may apply. Please contact us first to begin a return — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly — with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes — every Aura order arrives in premium, gift-ready packaging at no extra cost.
