Where is your jewelry made?
All Aura pieces are proudly designed in-house and crafted in Pakistan by skilled artisans who also work with fine diamond jewelry.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes, most of our designs are handmade. That means every piece is unique and may have slight natural variations — part of its charm.
Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?
Sterling silver may tarnish over time, but it’s easily reversible. We provide a free care guide with each order to help you keep your piece shining for years.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. All our jewelry is nickel-free and suitable for most people with sensitive skin.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes! Aura pieces are designed for everyday luxury — durable enough for daily wear, yet refined enough for special occasions.
How do I find my ring size?
We’re happy to help! Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp, and we’ll guide you through an easy ring sizing method.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Some made-to-order pieces may take longer — the timeline will be mentioned on the product page.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. We offer express delivery for PKR 700, payable in advance. Message us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver across Pakistan — but international shipping is on our roadmap.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you made a mistake, reply to your order confirmation or message us within 24 hours. After that, we may not be able to update it or offer a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
Are your prices in PKR?
Yes. All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Why are your prices lower than other luxury brands?
We cut our profit margins, not the quality. By using premium materials and eliminating middlemen, we make luxury jewelry accessible — without inflated pricing.
What’s your return policy?
We offer 7-day returns if the item is defective or not as described.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging. A small processing fee may apply. Please contact us first to begin a return — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
What if the item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly — with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — every Aura order arrives in premium, gift-ready packaging at no extra cost.

Can you go past a size 10 in rings?
Yes, in most cases. Contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm availability or offer a size alternative.
Do you offer a warranty?
We currently offer a 7-day satisfaction window. We’re working on introducing a more comprehensive warranty program soon.
