How It Works
Once we receive your idea, our team will share an estimated price and delivery timeline. A 3D model render will then be created and sent to you for approval. Once you approve the design, your jewellery will move into production and be delivered directly to your doorstep.
Payment
Prepayment is required for all custom orders, and final charges are confirmed once the 3D model is approved. The total cost may vary depending on the design’s complexity, size, and the materials used.
Returns
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind. Returns are only accepted in the case of a defect, damage, or production fault.
Delivery Timeline
Typically take 7-20 working days, depending on design complexity.
